How can I describe and ‘grab the essence’ of Phillip’s music... it’s impossible for me I guess.. The world is a little better with his music, that’s the way I really feel it. ‘Equanimity’ is another example of his fragile, intensely beautiful soundpaintings. It is as if we feel deserted, but not alone, as if we have to take a look inside of us and wonder how we live our lives.. To me it’s also music of hope and consoltation. Despite the horrific things that we humans do to eachother, we always have a choice to make a difference.. To me, this music makes you look inside and live from the heart.. Thank you Phillip for your incredible music.. Berkdrums
